History

Established in 1999.

Ms. Justine Rusk began as Artisitc Director of NEO Arts in August of 1999. She, along with several wonderful instructors, taught over a thousand students, ages 3 to 70, over the course of 10 years, including Studio Styles such as Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Pointe, Hip Hop, Modern, Contemporary, tumbling, and Pom as well as Partner Styles such as East Coast Swing, Jitterbug, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Shag, Carolina Shag, Blues, Inertia, Argentine Tango & Fusion. Today, Ms. Justine continues her love of dance and teaching, with a focus on Adults, all styles, events as well as choreography.

Business Owner

Justine began dancing at age 4 and never stopped. She started instruction training at age 13 and interned throughout high school. She opened her studio at age 18 and has continued to teach lessons, workshops, choreography, weddings and specialty events in Studio Styles such as Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Pointe, Hip Hop, Modern, Contemporary, tumbling, and Pom as well as Partner Styles such as East Coast Swing, Jitterbug, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Shag, Carolina Shag, Blues, Inertia, Argentine Tango & Fusion all over the world.
