Very small and outdated looking Bath & Body Works store in a strip mall. Honestly I was surprised to see a lot of their signage, especially exterior signage, because it looked like this store has missed out on several updates compared to other locations of this chain! Inside, I found middle aged grumpy staff members who acted like my coupon was taking money out of their pocketbooks. No thank you. I won’t be returning to this particular location when there are bright, lovely, up to date versions all over the place with friendlier staff.

How many times have you been to a B&BW and this has happened:
You walk in. You immediately get accosted by sales staff. Sales staff refuses to leave you alone. You try to get in and out as quickly as possible and vow never to return. Basically, that’s always been my experience at B&BW.
Luckily, at this B&BW, nobody tries to accost you. Amazing! The shelves are actually stocked full which is nice. I’m totally not a fan of their products, but the store looked nice. My grandma has vowed never to return after they refused to honor a coupon they had given her, but such is life.
