Established in 2006.

I have been a native resident of Waxahachie all of my life. My family has had a small business here in Waxahachie all of my life as well. My parents instilled in me early the understanding and importance of not only customer service but being honest and doing what you say your going to do. This has impacted my real estate professionalism tremendously and is the driving force behind my sucess. I study the market daily and provide my clients with extensive information regarding upcoming foreclosures, new listings, price reductions and market activity. Whether you have a property in mind that you want more details on or you want info on upcoming foreclsoures, no one tracks this information closer than me and my team. I have built my business upon the referrrals of my past clients, and their friends and family. As of September 1,2012, my wife Holly has obtained her real estate license and joined me in the business, forming The Oliver Team.

I obtained my real estate liscense and became a REALTOR in 2006. I originally joined with Keller Williams Realty, but decided to make a transition in 2008 to RE/​MAX. Since moving to RE/​MAX my business contiues to grow and I am able to help more people achieve their home ownership goals within the community.

I am a member and actively invloved in our local association, the Ellis-​Hill Association of REALTORS. During 2012 I was the President-​Elect of the Association and am looking forward to 2013 where I will be honored with the responsibility of President. I enjoy being invloved in many activities and having the opportunity to meet many people from all walks of life.
