I’m Shannon Rowell and I have a passion for helping others

For many years I have been helping people Just Like You. My experience, passion, continuing education, and extensive research keep me up to date on the new solutions to today’s problems.

I personally have experienced some of life’s challenges which has lead me to document some of my struggles in my book, Chains Be Broken: Finding Freedom from Cutting, Anxiety, Depression, Anorexia, and Suicide. These struggles are a testimony of my teenage years and the trials I was able to overcome through counseling and my faith. If you are struggling with any of these life issues or know someone who is this book will give you the resources you need to help put you on the healing path.
