Mr. Philip Loeffel, President, has over fifteen years of experience leading high-​growth, technology companies. Under Mr. Loeffel’s leadership, Riptide Software has grown from a small software start-​up into a leading provider of sophisticated software solutions approaching $ 20 million in annual revenue. In 2009 the majority shareholder, Mr. Loeffel and other owners agreed to restructure Riptide into a ESOP allowing every employee to continue to share in Riptide’s success. During Philip’s early tenure Riptide was recognized as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in North America by Deloitte & Touché for three consecutive years and continues to win awards every year including a recent selection as the Lockheed Martin small business of the year.
