Park Place Apartments

This was personally the worst rental experience I have ever had. I encountered an ant infestation and a flood in my brand new apartment, both due to negligence of the complex and neither were addressed without multiple follows up on my part. I had standing water inside of my home for a week and requested a mold test multiple times, after 3 weeks they sent someone out but never supplied me with any report stating my home was safe and mold free despite my many requests over 8 months. Even when I sent my notice to vacate and outlined these reasons in great detail I was ignored and upon follow up I was told «sorry, we did everything we could» and when I requested to speak to a supervisor I was again ignored. The communication at this complex is appalling and the treatment of tenants that faced urgent matters is unacceptable. I would encourage anyone considering making Park Place home to reconsider. While my issues could be isolated the lack of concern to provide a safe home environment is not. I hope my misfortune can save others the headache and disrespect I have faced with a company that accepted so much of my money.

Do not live here. Overpriced apartments with thin walls and floors/​ceilings. Management calls the towing service on you when you have a visitor using the parking lot and there are plenty of spots open.
