Lukas air installed my AC unit about a year ago & I thought it would be a good idea to change my thermostat myself, I blew a transformer on my AC and that resulted in no air at all. I called Lukas and set up an appointment for the following morning, my technician Josh arrived right on time and was very nice– he diagnosed the problem, since I did not know I had blown the transformer before hand. Josh fixed the problem I had made and installed my new thermostat he made sure everything was working properly before he left. Now I have my AC back and I will not be doing any handy work myself. I was so happy with the price, I was sure it would cost an arm and a leg. But it was so affordable and very fair, where as another company could have easily preyed on the fact that I had no idea– and price gouged me. I would recommend Lukas Air to everyone and that is the only company I will ever use! Thanks for such an awesome experience!

I came into contact with Lukas when my aunt, an elderly lady, experienced an AC failure. She had been doing business with Lukas for years, so when I inevitably failed to determine the cause, she called them.
The problem was fixed, the technician spent quite a long time on the unit, and the price was fair. However, in my aunt’s words, the guy who came to her house «had one smart-​alecky comment after another.» So, though the hammer-​and-​nails of our business was fine, I can’t rightly give five stars to this company.

Great honest local company. Price was fair. The salesman WAS the person who installed the AC. most companies have separate sales folks from the installation folks. The guy (tall rugged southern Oviedian. No, Oviedoyan. No… Oviedoan) was very knowledgable. He said our neighborhood was built on top of what used to be swamp so we needed to have the copper wires go through the Attic. I said ok southern man. Everything was done on time. Very reliable. The southern man, Oviedogayan, replaced the concrete slab and laid sod around the slab for no extra price. You the man dawg. You guys deserve more positive reviews but I’m honored to be your first (that’s what he said).
