Imagine your Receptionists able to answer and transfer calls to and from any site from the office, home, cell phone, etc. Auto Attendant and other advanced call handling features like Twinning and Presence are all managed via a simple web browser. As features increase at the Host, the ability to use them also grow. When it comes time to upgrade, they are done off-​site with little to no impact on your organization.

Established in 2004.

Originally started as a consulting firm, Cloud 3C changed direction in 2013 establishing as an end-​to-​end solution provider in all aspects of business communication. The firm touts itself with the ability to provide cable infrastructure, data infrastructure, either hosted and hardware voice services, cloud services such as virtual desktop with Office 365 and provide bandwidth with all the major carriers. In other words — Office in a Box. With over twenty years of telecom experience, Cloud 3C prides itself on it’s expertise as well as a high level of customer service.

Chris lives for the today’s Technology and providing Cloud 3C customers with all that is within his abilities when delivering Telecommunications & Converged Technology to the masses! He is a seasoned expert specialized in making sure businesses maximize potential growth through the use of technology tools and support. Chris has over 20+ years of knowledge in legacy telephony, VoIP, Data, Cloud and Video solutions with specialization in Adtran, Activ Voice/​AVST, Cisco, NEC, Polycom and many other complementive peripherals. His vast experience with clients ranges, but is not limited to, SMB/​SME and large multi-​site Enterprises wit 20 – 30,000+ station counts in vertical markets such as Government, Healthcare, General Business and Education. Chris is exemplary at listening to the clients’ needs and placing them first and foremost. Chris is a Graduate of Hofstra University, Deans List Honors and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a minor in Accounting.
