Thank you Mike! This was our first time using Appliance Technicians, but they will be our ‘go-​to’ guys from now on! They are honest, friendly, timely, and reliable. Mike saved me HUNDREDS today by being cautious on a replacement diagnosis, and I appreciated his honesty and not replacing a part that wasn’t the root of the problem. I just had this company out today and I was thrilled with the honesty of the technician. My dishwasher would run, but wouldn’t put water through. So I had them out and Mike (who is also the owner) said it was just that the water valve had somehow been shut off. I know that makes me sound really stupid, but you all don’t know who I am, so I’m not worried about it! ;) So I hated to pay for a service call for something that I could have done, but like Mike said, many other appliance repair companies would have made something up to repair and charged me a ton of money. He was also prompt and everyone I dealt with was very friendly.
