I’m proud to say that I really like VS. I find it funny when I see men walking around with their heads down embarrassed to be with their significant others. Hold your heads high unsure men of the world. Your significant other will like your active interest in their undergarment choices. Anyway… T his location is just so so. I really like VS but this store always seems to be unorganized and cluttered. They also do not carry a large majority of the workout gear that my girlfriend likes & when asked about it they replied«They moved all of the workout gear to online only.» Well, when we went to the VS location at the West County Center in St. Louis they had an entire section of the store dedicated to the workout line. I find that odd. This store could use some work to be as well organized and supplied as their other locations.

This VS has your normal VS lingerie, clothing, make-up, and body care products. I’m a fan of some of the clothing and make-up. This store has above-average employees and management. I’ve dealt with one of the managers, Kia, twice. She went above and beyond to return my boots I bought from online in the store. She waited on the phone for instruction when her computer wasn’t able to finish the return since the sale was old. Most of the stuff I like from VS(aside of make-up) is online only, so with this feature, I am really happy to be able to buy online items and return in store if I don’t like them. Also, I can pay my credit card bill in the store, which is quite helpful. Yay for Kia and the employees at this location!

I love lingerie. That’s right. I’m not saying I love to WEAR it, and I’m not saying I don’t. That’s my business. My girlfriend also loves this place, and we both love the semi-annual sale. As a heterosexual male that dates women that wear underwear, I have been to my fair share of Victoria’s Secrets shopping for the ladies. This one takes the cake — the shelves are stocked, organized, and abundant. Even after a few days, the semi-annual sale still seems to have enough deals to make the trip. Similar stores in St. Louis would be wiped clean after the first six hours. Not so with this place. Thank you, OP ladies, for not being as deal crazy as our Eastern neighbors. We managed to get a pile of stuff for her, combining comfies with sexies and everything in between — talk about making my birthday shopping easy! Just let her loose in there and everyone is happy. Great place!
