History

Established in 2008.

The Henry Law Firm, P.A. was created in 2008 as a means of providing the highest level of quality, commitment and dedication to clients with family law legal matters.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Henry worked as a senior attorney in Kansas City, Kansas, for a state-​wide non-​profit, public interest law firm dedicated to assisting low income Kansans with essential legal services in the areas of family law, bankruptcy law, and social security disability law. Mr. Henry’s extensive case load required his representation of clients before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas, the Social Security Administration, and in various Kansas state courts, including courts located in the counties of Johnson, Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Franklin, Miami, and Linn. Mr. Henry supervised the legal work of pro bono attorneys, and took special delight in mentoring the work of law school students serving in an internship and externship capacity.
