Tails R’ Waggin

Boarded both my dogs over the New Year holiday. Came back a day early on New Years eve and asked to pick them up New Years day. The owner refused to release my dogs to me. She said no dogs could be released on that day due to liability. I offered payment over the phone and pick up anytime her backroom staff would be there. She held my dogs hostage when they could have been home with me. She got an extra day boarding and I spent New Years alone. There was no response to the letter I left to her explaining the situation. I’m assuming she doesn’t care.

I love tails r waggin and more importantly my dogs do. The staff is very good and really cares about my dogs. I love they have late night let out. Hardly anyone does that anywhere in the area. They have an awesome vet as well, if anything arises. My dog had a urinary tract infection and they pay such attention they caught it. I can’t say enough about this place and I have tried several of them in the area.

For Australian Shepherds this place can’t be beat. We started taking both our dogs there after we adopted one from their rescue. She was timid and unsure about daycare when we started but they let her take breaks under the front desk until she got comfortable. She races out to the car now on mornings we take her. The icing on the cake was this morning when she jumped up on the receptionist to get some love. For a dog that hides under the bed when new people come over this is awesome! What’s even better is they have noticed her improvement too! I would highly suggest trusting them with your furbaby!

This place looks really nice on the outside and seams to be clean. They have a lot of young kids working there that look like they really don’t want to be there. My dogs came back really dirty and not acting like their normal self. Today I called to make a reservation for my dogs and the girl answered the phone «hello», I was confused I thought maybe I got the wrong number so I had to ask is this tails r waggin and she was said yeah it was but she seamed liked she was hungover when I was talking to her.

I like Tails R Waggin. I have boarded my dog there and used day care. They have half price day care certain days of the week. They are always nice and they remember my dog which makes me feel good. Drop off and pick up is convenient. The dog is always fine when I pick him up. I would love to know more about how he did while he was there, but pick up is usually so chaotic I don’t have a chance to ask.

I adopted a dog from Elise Bush, the owner, about 2 years ago. She was upfront with his problems and I could tell they had bonded. 2 years later we have taken him and our other dog there routinely. They know how to work with my anxious scared dog and make him feel welcome and having all the other dogs around helps socialize our other dog who is a puppy. Each time I drop them off I know I am leaving them in great hands. The staff is wonderful! When I picked them up the last time one of the employees said she was sad to see my anxious scared dog go because he was her favorite. This tells me they listened to what I put in the information section, which highlighted his issues, and they gave him special attention. This in turn allowed him to start bonding with their staff. Tails r Waggin is a great home away from home for my dogs and I couldn’t be more pleased. My dogs are taken care of in every possible way and as we keep coming back more and more, both dogs get excited when we pull up. Definitely a great place to board your dogs. They are in great hands!

Our dogs love going here for boarding and play dates. It’s clean, spacious and they are happy to get there!

This place is great. We take our dog here for daycare on a regular basis and she loves it. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Plus, they have half priced daycare on Wednesdays during fall and spring (changes throughout the year). We drive 20 minutes just to bring her to this location.
Definitely recommend them for boarding, daycare, and grooming!
