This location never has enough people working in the evening. You can stand in line for over ten minutes on a regular basis. That’s way too long for a convenience store. Open a second register.
One evening employee is very rude. If putting items in a plastic bag is so daunting that you show disdain for the customers who request one, you should probably find another line of work.
