No question — 5 stars. For Ray, it’s personal. He takes his clients’ needs very seriously and at the same time he is down to earth and personable.
I filled out an interest form on a Real Estate website about a home. Ray was the first person to call me. Normally I wouldn’t take the first person that called me, especially since I don’t’ know him and didn’t have a referral for him. But he had so much integrity in his interactions with me, I felt confidence that he was my guy.
And when you work with someone who has integrity, anyone he works with usually has integrity and the process is seamless.
AND, I was doing a purchase from out of state. He went above and beyond to support my move. Met with service people to handle items in the home — took the time to do a home tour with local friends and spent 2 days working on my deal with I came to town.
