The office staff is prompt and courteous. This was my first visit to this dentist office so I downloaded and completed the medical forms from the dentist’s website before the appointment and got right in at my scheduled time.
The dental hygienist, Jennifer, did a great and thorough job. Dr. Withhart was quick and professional with her exam.
I have no problem recommending this office for dental checkups.

I couldn’t ask for a better dentist.
I’ve been going to Dr. Winburn’s office since my family moved to KC over 10 years ago. Prior to my visit to Dr. Winburn’s office, we saw a couple of dentists who had very poor equipment, or exaggerated the number of cavities in order to receive insurance benefits. Not so with Dr. Winburn’s office. Dr. Winburn and his staff are competent, very friendly, and great at what they do — from the time you walk in you are treated with great care.
If you are anything like me and you get apprehensive going to the dentist and getting any work done, I’d recommend Dr. Winburn and his staff. They are gentle and patient and will make sure you don’t experience even the slightest of discomfort while having dental work done. I couldn’t recommend them more!!!

I have a little dislike of the dentist and going in always seems to be uncomfortable for me. I had read positive reviews of Dr. Winburn and decided to make an appointment. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming when I was making my appointment and when I checked in. The hygienist who took the x-​rays and completed the cleaning was very friendly and gentle. Dr. Winburn came in at the end to review the x-​rays and my mouth. He was also very gentle and I appreciated his calm demeanor. I was very happy with the visit and decided to schedule my appointment for 6 months out and appointments for my 2 kids.
It was a good experience!

I had an immediate concern today (9÷20÷11). I called up in the morning and got an appointment in 4 hours. The dentist (forgot her name — blonde) evaluated the situation and took care of it right away. All the staff from the receptionst to the assigned dentist was spectacular.

Prior to my visit, it had been nearly four years since my last dental check up. Despite my negligence and strict «no flossing» policy, the staff at Dr. Winburn’s office was friendly and did not give me a hard time or lecture. Dr. Withhart cleaned my teeth and was very friendly and helpful in giving me tips on how to approach flossing. She had 43 years experience as a hygenist and was only one of the five hygenists in the office. My experience was as good as a visit to the dentist can be and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to get their teeth cleaned.

I have never had a dentist I visit regularly. I generally wait until there is a problem, find a dentist, fix the problem/​get scolded, and then wait for a new problem.
Dr. Winburn and his staff are tremendous! In the beginning, my visits were pain free because of the care they take while cleaning performing other dental work. Now, my visits are pain free because they have helped me learn how to keep my mouth and gums very clean.
This is the first time I’ve had nice things to say about a dentist, but for Dr. Winburn they are well deserved!
