We ordered two large pizzas. One of them was the Hawaiian chicken and it came with no cheese. It was basically a little sauce, a bunch of onions and a little chicken and pineapple. Horrible. Can’t believe we waited 45 minutes for it. Not ordering here again.

I tried to use the school district coupon codes during the valid dates. The young man who answered the phone couldn’t figure it out. The manager couldn’t override it. I ended up calling Pizza Hut

It’s okay for pizza. Not my favorite pizza place, but the specials are pretty good. The thing I most dislike about Papa Johns is that it is the worst for reheating of all the chains.

The guy was quite rude and nonprofessional. You could just sense that he was waiting for you to leave and just get done with the order (we had a pickup). Someone from Papa John’s management should take a look at these reviews and conduct an investigation into chains which show recurring patterns of employees getting poor reviews because of their attitude. FYI: I ended up going to a different Papa John’s (in Wornall) just before I was directed here (had a wrong address), and the staff there was so much more amicable and friendly.

The pizza is a given its good it’s the customer service the. Guy who took my order needs training on customer service he SUCKS. I wanted to order extra large and he said no but the menu clearly states x large 16 in

Called to order a pizza because we are staying at a hotel two blocks away. The guy was nice at first, then he found out I was at the Sheraton (just two blocks away!). He got rude real quick, very unlike Papa Johns. He told me I could not order from there, I had to order from «state line». I ask if he could connect me to the other store. He said «no, and we are busy», I ask if he could give me the number and he said, «it’s in the phone book». Then he hung up. First time in my life I have been disappointed in Papa Johns.

uhhh yeaa this pizza sucks no matter which location you buy it from! no wonder that guy gives it away all the time lol! the only pizza worse is little sneeezers!

The two things that matter when it comes to Pizza, it always tastes good no matter where I go (cause its papas) but timely delivery. I waited only 10 minutes and poof, the answer to my hunger was delivered. And reasonably priced now for a create your own with up to 7 toppings for 11 dollars. Delivery charge is just 1.99 and tip your drivers well if they did make it fast :-)
