Ask for the other menu! Homemade noodles are delicious.

We placed an order here today online and realized that after we had order we have been waiting over 2hours for our order. We received a confirmation number and a an ETA! We have called the restaurant over 10 times and NOANSWER! Luckily we didn’t pay online with a credit card or we would of been completely SOL! I don’t recommend this place because it seems like a scam restaurant! I just don’t understand how you can provide online Chinese take out and don’t ever deliver or call or At the least day anything! We will never order from this place again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else either! THANKYOULUCKYCHINESEFORMYCONTINUOUSHUNGER! I will just find another restaurant with more professionism and BETTERFOODIMSURE!

First: Ask for the other menu. Handmade beef noodle soup(dao xiao main) is the bomb. Also, if you’re familiar with«Sichuan flower pepper», order the spicy cold beef salad. It’s super hot, but the flower pepper numbs your mouth ever-so-slightly to give you the sensation of spiciness, but none of the unpleasantness. We also opted for the Mandarin pancakes. ZOMGSOGOOD.

We order from this place all the time at my workplace. Service for delivery is usually slow, and dealing with the people on the phone is typically a language barrier problem, but its cheap and close to the office so we continue to use it. Today blew that out of the water. From their carry out menu, there is a website. , where you can select your items and pick the lunch accompanying items, with a running total… wow this was great, no struggling with the lack of communication! Confirmation email arrived as soon as I placed the order, we thought we were sitting pretty WRONG!!! after almost an hour of waiting, I tried to call the place to check on our on line order. I was informed that someone had already picked up my order, even though it was to be a delivery… She read me a company name that was not my employer and kept arguing with me that my order had been picked up by me. In a very put out tone with oriental words thrown in A calmer co worker called back after I hung up on this woman, to be riddled with more hassle. She tried to tell the worker there that we had placed an order on line from their menu website. The worker said they had no computer there, they did not take on line orders. Which I had taken the on line address from their carry out menus distributed to the office. we told them to remove the website from their menu if they did not offer this service. Only to be babbled at in a foreign language, Needless to say this place will not see another dollar from one local business. If you can overlook hassles and poor customer service, you take your own chances.

Feeling Lucky? $ 6.50 for a lunch buffet of modest proportion should do the trick. The items were varied and tasty for my visit… more chicken dishes than anything else. The hot chili oil is a welcome little touch for those who like the blow the top of their head off… like me. :) And the little place is actually cozy and the lighting is, well, romantic. You can’t say that about too many Chinese places.

This review is based only on the Beef Stew with handmade noodles. I came here after shooting a commercial(not done yet) which will be entered in a contest. It was wayyy off-hours because it was around 2:20pm. There was nobody inside so that’s why I’m only reviewing the Beef Stew with handmade noodles($ 8.95). I can tell you that if you want to come here at 2:20pm, then you’ll be the only one here. The interior had dim lighting and there was maybe a salad bar or buffet cart thing in towards the back. There was nothing on it though so I don’t know what it was for. The Beef Stew with handmade noodles came out and I began to eat. I had the option of spicy or not spicy so I picked not spicy. I loved the handmade noodles here! The meat was pretty good as well as the vegetables inside(I forgot the exact name for them). The soup was pretty tasty as well. I didn’t really look at the menu because I usually check to see if there’s some kind of beef noodle soup. lol I’ll have to come back to try other things on their menu and to come during normal lunch hours for everybody else.

Lucky Chinese is a great little Chinese restaurant in the corner of the 95th and Nall shopping center. I have ordered carry-out several times, and my sesame chicken is always hot and tasty. It is your typical really good, affordable chinese spot and there is a dining room for those who would like to dine in.
