Lighton Plaza

Lighton Plaza is in my opinion the crown jewel of office buildings in the Overland Park area… it truly is beautiful! You’ll notice its distinct rose/​gold colored glass and pyramid topped tower for miles in any direction. The grounds are immaculate year round, especially the terrace in the middle of the three buildings. Special attention is paid to keep everything looking great: fountains, flowering trees, walkways and the many flower beds that are full of blooms (from tulips in the Spring, to roses and annuals in the Summer to the mums they plant in the Fall). Considering how much time most people spend at the office it’s so nice that the space is well kept.
The interior is done in various colored marble and makes a great first impression when clients or vendors come to visit the office.
Amenities for the employees include an on-​site gym (also kept very clean, and including mens & womens locker rooms with showers), a deli in the tower building, and events throughout the year ranging from ice cream socials to BBQs to pancake fundraisers and even blood drives and book sales. Sort of a happening place!
The management is very responsive to any needs, and the maintenance crew are super friendly. Dave is outstanding! Great place to rent work space, and to work!
