Established in 1979.

Formed in 1979, Lee & Associates is the largest broker-​owned commercial real estate company in the country. With nearly 730 agents in 46 offices, we’re still growing.

Meet the Manager

Nathan A.

Manager

Nathan Anderson is the Managing Principal of Lee & Associates Kansas City. He specializes in industrial properties, investment sales and land dispositions.

Since 1995, Nathan has participated in the sales and leasing of over $ 150 million in commercial real estate around Kansas City. In 2005, he was named the ‘Commercial Salesperson of the Year’ by the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. Nathan was named by Ingram’s Magazine as one of its ’40-​Under-​40′ in Kansas City business in 2007.

Nathan has earned his SIOR designation and his CCIM designation, serving as the President of the local CCIM chapter in 2003 and helping it grow to one of the strongest in the country. He currently serves on the Commercial Board for the KC Regional Association of Realtors.
