John Fasbinder, DDS

Okay, time for the *** final*** review. I’m happy. At times, it was a bumpy ride but with a job of this magnitude, I guess that isn’t unheard of. The bottom line is the staff here is excellent and very friendly. Even with a few bumps along the way, Dr. Cohen stood behind what I suspect was a faulty material problem with a couple of veneers. I know we both got a bit frustrated, but in the end, he did what a good physician would do; make it right for his patient.
Marcy and Louise in the front office are a pleasure to work with. Tiffini and Marley are excellent assistants and kept the temps on throughout the process. ‘ll be having my night guard made next week to protect my fabulous new teeth.
Projects like this should not be undertaken lightly due to the cost and time involved, but I really didn’t have a choice. Continuing to allow gaps in my teeth only meant more crowns breaking as my bite was maladjusted. They are finally, after 30 years of waiting, what I wanted them to be. Good job & thank you!

The staff are incredibly rude, whether in person or on the phone. I work with people with disabilities and some of our folks need to go under anesthesia to get dental work done, and this is one of the only options in the area. They are not accommodating, accepting, or very understanding of our individuals’ needs. They make it clear that they would rather not deal with this population and are very inflexible with us. For example, one time someone was 5 minutes late d/​t construction and he was met in the parking lot and told he wouldn’t be seen that day. I’ve never heard of anything like that. AllWhen a resident passed away and they called to confirm an appointment for his roommate and best friend, I explained the situation and that his funeral was the same day so we would need to reschedule, and I was told that was not possible.

If I could give Dr. Fasbinder 100 stars I would. I have been going to him for over 10 years. The office is very well maintained and the staff is incredible. So nice and they always ask about my family. I’m not a huge fan of going to the denist but Dr. Fasbinder is the very best… and I know what I’m talking about. I have had a root canal, two crowns, several fillings, many cleanings and a wisdom tooth pulled. all painlessly. (over the 10 years btw) The wisdom tooth was recent and I couldn’t believe how painless it was. One second there was slight pressure and then next it was done. WOW! And if you aren’t convinced yet… there are fluffy warm blankets waiting for you, a tv in the ceiling and headphones that you can turn up as loud as you want. :) He will stop the very second you raise your hand and make sure you are not in pain. I’m one that usually needs one more shot of numbing (very sensative teeth) and then I am good to go. I believe they also have «gas» if that’s a need for you but I’ve never used it so I can’t say for sure.
All in all… I just can’t say enough about this office and especially Dr. Fasbinder. Sweet man and the worlds best dentist!!!
