Hardee’s

We don’t get to Hardee’s much and needed a quick bite, so stopped here at the drive thru. Wow, over $ 10 for two small combos? Jiminy!
They especially seem to like mustard (I especially do NOT like mustard), so I should’ve special ordered! The fries were good. The burger wasn’t bad, but whew so much mustard!

My breakfast sandwich was very tasty. The made from scratch biscuit was delicious, and there was plenty of eggs and cheese.
I found the service to be friendly, and quick. I waited less than one minute for my order.
The dining area was clean, and spacious.

Hardee’s breakfast is outstanding, the overall quality of the management at this place has slipped, I would still give the AM food 4 stars, but the service is adequate at best.

Once upon a time, this place had a great staff and management. Those times have gone for good it seems.
The last straw was when they got my order wrong at the drive thru. I returned to exchange it for what I actually ordered and they argued with me.
Bear in mind that I had not eaten any of the order. I returned the entire bag and receipt.
They argued with me, telling me that I had ordered what was in the bag. So I then said I wanted a refund instead of a replacement. They argued some more and refused to give me the refund. They kept the receipt and I left.
I then called their customer service line when I got home. They offered me a free meal. I told them I already paid for a meal that I didn’t get, and to go get a free meal at the location is out of the question because is have to actually return there. All I wanted was my money back-​a whopping $ 5.02.
They said they had no way to do that. I asked how a company the size of Hardee’s manages to operate without a checking account.
Eventually I received cash in the mail with a handwritten apology letter. Boy that was work.

Very slow service and no apology whatsoever for the wait. Employee at drive-​through was unfriendly. Got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit like I always do and loved it. Food was hot and fresh but the biscuit was a little dry.
