I love the whole team at Group O’Dell! I used them to buy my first house in the Overland Park, Prairie Village area just out of college. I had no idea what I was doing going in, but they made sure I knew what to do, and when to do it. They walked me through the whole process and reached out to me almost every day. We saw a ton of houses, and when I finally found one that felt right, they helped me put together an offer to beat out the competition.
They have great connections to good vendors. We were in the middle of my home inspection, and we found out there were major problems with the electrical. Dan got an electrician over there right away, and he was able to do an inspection while we were still there! The house ended up needing a whole new breaker box and a new mast on the back of the house. I was able to go back to the seller with a counter offer that better protected me the buyer because of Dan’s help and quick thinking. Katie Tranckino helps everyone through process of getting ready to close and move in. She was always quick to respond to my (many) questions and always had helpful answers and ideas.
I got a great deal on my house, and I absolutely love it. When I buy a new house I will be calling them. Thanks Group O’Dell!
