Ahh… light bulb! This place is actually a Brighton store! That explains why the gaudy, overly shiny and overpriced jewelry and accessories seemed so familiar. I used to work on the same level as a Brighton, having to pass it at least twice per day on my way down to our stockroom and back, and would always say to myself«How can women wear that?» I know, different strokes for different folks… but it’s just a mess of fake wealth. Going into this store the same thought passed through, but this time I really looked at the product. Sure, its well crafted, there are some attractive items, but for the most part… hmm, I’ll just say its not my style. Shoes are plainly ugly, purses are just gaudy with poorly made patent leather, and the jewelry is just too ornate for my taste. Finishing for Her is meant for the baby boomers, with a thirst for obnoxious material things(my parents fall into this category – my mom has a collection of all things brass because it looks like gold… gotta love mom though). A good place to shop for grandmothers and mothers alike if you don’t have to be seen with them on a regular basis.
