History

Established in 2010.

Body Solutions opened its doors in fall of 2010. The goal has always been to offer a clean, professional and stable environment for trainers to operate with their clients. Beginning with only 4 trainers Body Solutions has grown rapidly and now offers over 11 trainers to work with.

Originally starting as a private studio, Body Solutions has expanded and now offers memberships with no contracts, hidden fees, or sales pitches. Just a great place to work out with a professional or on your own and get results.

There are 2 owners at Body Solutions: Matt Troup and Matt Terry. Body Solutions was originally started by Matt Troup over 3 years ago. Matt Terry became involved as Body Solutions continued to grow and expand. The «Matts» are active full time trainers and are onsite at all times for your help and questions. A friendly and inviting staff, Body Solutions is a trainer owned and operated facility.
