Great customer service and very friendly.
I called on my way there to see if they had any wheelchairs in stick to rent. I was lucky and they had several. They said they would have to all cleaned and ready for me when I got there.
They asked if insurance was paying for it and I said I didn’t know. They asked for my insurance and called them and got me preauthorized. They had me call my doctor and fax over a prescription.
They also noticed it was my right leg that was broken and asked if I want a right leg elevator to rest my leg on.
The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because they called my insurance while out in an open office area were everyone could hear my ID, group #, deductible, etc. I think they should have done that in a back office where it is private and no one else could hear my information. Besides that they were fast and easy to work with.
