This wax is custom-​formulated exclusively for us by one of the world’s leading wax manufacturers in Spain. Combined with our unrivaled waxing technicians, it makes the entire waxing experience much more comfortable! We offer all this in a friendly, comfortable studio environment. History

Established in 2003.

Waxing the City was founded in 2003 by four innovative women with both the passion and expertise to open a studio dedicated to waxing. The business grew from a one-​room studio in the trendy LoDo neighborhood of Denver, to a regional phenomenon. One studio led to two, two led to two more, and so on. Waxing the City is now taking convenience to the next level with a global expansion. The founders are still actively involved today as Waxing the City expands. From the start, our founders were committed to hiring the best waxing technicians and making them better. Every licensed esthetician at Waxing the City completes an extensive training course before they serve clients. Our approach is so unique that our highly-​trained waxers have a special name: Cerologistsª.

I have lived in the area my whole life and went to cosmetology school in Oswego. Over the years, I have been a waxing client of other salons, I saw the need first hand and felt it would be a good investment. An investment in people– waxing sometimes is more than cosmetic, it is a self-​esteem boost. I love that clients have more confidence when they leave. WTC is a brand that has been proven to care about the whole client– giving them a wonderful waxing experience.

I had never heard of waxing the city until I drove by here today. I walked in and they got me in right away. I met Fatima when I was completing my paperwork and she was very friendly. Such a wonderful environment and very relaxing. Fatima is very knowledgeable and gentle. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be going back!

Best bikini wax I’ve ever had (Brazilian). Almost pain free — I went in expecting pain, based on past experiences at other places. However, she was done before I even realized it, that was how little I felt! Fatimah was WONDERFUL. Super friendly, and made me very comfortable and distracted and she did an awesome job! Highly recommend this place and definitely Fatimah, and I will absolutely be back. Fantastic!

Let me start off by saying if there were an option to give this establishment an 100 star .I would in a heartbeat.
I am extremely fussy and use to drive over 50 miles to get my waxing needs done. Last week I was on the fence of taking a ride over an hour each way plus traffic or try something local.
I am so happy that I chose Waxing the City. I called and was given an immediate appointment. Once I got there the service is extremely professional and friendly. The place was spotless. .ot was like it could pass a white glove inspection (remember I am super picky. ;))
I met Fatimah when I was completing my paperwork and she was most friendly. She took me back and was extremely thorough with their practice and policy. again the room was spotless.
I told Fatimah that I am very particular so please be forewarned. She smiled as she said you will be very please. I assure you. I take pride in why I do.
She completed my waxing and as she promised she did a PHENOMENAL PHENOMENAL PHENOMENAL JOB.
I am a happy and more than satisfied customer. Gladly, I will refer all of my family and friends to Waxing in the City! I will gladly save myself time in not having to drive over 50 miles for excellent service after 15 years to give my business to Waxing in the city.
You will leave a very happy customer! Fatimah should be commended on her level of expertise, professionalism and kindness. As we all know these qualities are difficult to come by since a lot of other salons try to cut corners.

If you’ve never had a Brazilian before but want one and are afraid of the awkwardness… Rest assured, this place is for you! See Mandi! She makes you feel super comfortable and distracts you with engaging conversation to ease the situation. Also, the pain factor is pretty minimal and the results are perfection. You’ll never go back to shaving and you’ll find yourself to be a regular customer in no time!

Really impressed with Waxing the City in Oswego. The location is modern, sparkling clean and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and have nice little touches like a charging station for your phone, plenty of space to hang your coats, purses, clothing, etc. Definitely has a big city look but that home town feel. This is a full service waxing salon that uses quality products with specially trained estheticians. Nice to have this service out in the burbs! Shannon was awesome, relaxed and knowledgeable. And she’s the eyebrow Queen! I highly recommend this spot!

I was really impressed with Waxing the City. The location is beautiful and very clean which is important to me. The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions beforehand. I have had Brazilians before with traditional waxing and they always HURT!!! The wax they use here hardens and is peeled off rather than ripped off (along with your skin!).
I will definitely go back and I have already referred others. Great place, reasonable prices, easy to make appointments and great owners!
