Absolutely the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. No matter what time of day I have shown up, there’s always a long line of people and only ONE person working the front counter. You’re better off driving the 10+ miles to the Yorkville store. It’s probably faster.

Store didn’t open at 8am as posted. I waited until 8:30 and no one ever showed up? Sure enough the day i needed some quick prints made for a 9 am meeting. Luckly I had enough time to go down the street to OfficeDepot and get this done. The staff at OfficeDept seemed not surprised there was an issue at ups store? Like they hear it all the time. Not a good sign, ups store people. TOTAL FAIL

If there was zero rating they would have earned it. This was their 3 rd strike… Go anywhere else but here! Absolutely one of the worst places to conduct business. Staff is very rude, inconsiderate, and lack basic customer service skills. If you need to ship something go to FedEx on Orchard Road just south of 88. This place is a joke!

No stars! Poor customer service. Won’t ever come here again. Brought pre-​printed package to send textbook back to Chegg. After 10 minute wait guy at counter tells me the return label printed wrong. I asked what was wrong because that is how my printer printed it. He tells me he isn’t a computer tech so he doesn’t know. Instead of letting me log in there and reprinting the label at the store he gives me a smart ass response. I will definitely go out of my way to never use this place.

Worst customer service ever! The manager is the biggest flake and has no business what so ever running a store. Horrible! Don’t ever send anything from here! And it’s the biggest pain to pick anything up you have to drive all the way to Addison. Don’t waste your time or money!!! The post office even has better service!

I’m here all the time shipping something, or just buying supplies of some kind. I ship a lot internationally and this is my shipping place of choice. The owner is ridiculously nice and every staff person is competent and pleasant.
