Established in 1980.

After studying how the body works for over 30 years, I have come to the conclusion that too many things at once leaves a person feeling defeated. Diets Don’t Work! Simple sustainable lifestyle choices allow folks to «cheat» on occasion without having to start over! I teach simple methods to get rid of those nasty cravings that lead us into trouble. As far as exercise; The Best exercise for you — is the one that you will do!

My Bachelors’ is in Exercise Physiology and my Master’s in in Nutrition. I took 2^nd place in the East Coast Regional «Miss Fitness» USA contest just one year after delivering my third child at the age of 39. I want to give hope to people that struggle with their weight like I do, so I teach simple sustainable Lifestyle choices to health people look better, feel better and reduce their risk of disease!
