My review is long overdue!
I was chairing my son’s grade school field day. I had contacted several other printing vendors for some kind of giveaway favor for this event. Some would call me back, others wouldn’t, prices were ok. I was getting so frustrated and was ready to order from a New York company rather than stay local.
I happened upon Imagination Print and Design on Unilocal and thought what the heck, I’ll give them try. I sent out the information inquiry email. I think it was maybe 15 minutes and Kelley had emailed me back. I was thinking to myself, wow that was fast. So we exchanged several emails and eventually spoke over the phone. What I couldn’t accomplish with several other local companies over several weeks, I accomplished in a day with Kelley! I emailed her. She emailed back. I told her what I was looking for… color changing water bottles. She checked and called me back. I told her what I wanted printed on them. She took our school’s logo off the school’s website, tweaked it and sent me the proof. I loved it! From 10 am to 2 pm that day I had an order placed for 720 color changing bike water bottles with a really cute sporty school logo. Kelley was incredible to work with. I found the prices comparable to the other companies I had looked into, but service was not comparable at all, it was so much better! Kelley was amazing!!!
And just to top it all off, the water bottles came a week early!!! Seriously?! I assure you, speaking from my experience, this husband and wife duo that run this company will have you wondering why you didn’t find them sooner. When the bottles were delivered, the husband delivered them himself (sorry I can’t remember your name!!). So friendly, so helpful. He was showing me some of the other products he was delivering, some t-​shirts, jackets, etc., they were really cool.
Great work, great designs, best customer service ever!
I cannot thank you all enough for turning my nightmare into a dream!
