In 2004 We started Hometowne Insurance, We did this because we saw options for customers that were being overlooked.

Tim L.

Business Owner

Tim was born and raised in Glen Ellyn Illinois.

Married in 1991 to his best friend.

Blessed with 3 children.

Moved to Oswego Illinois in 1996.

Started as an insurance agent in 1994 and then progressed to be an agency manager for a large insurance company.

In 2004 Tim decided to leave the big insurance company to start his own agency.

Since 2004 Tim has been the driving force for Hometowne Insurance,

The red 1953 truck that he drives to work is just one of the ways that he is different from the other agents.

Tim is either teaching or learning the different aspects of insurance and how it works for his customers. You will find Tim at the office in a parade, coaching soccer for his kids, attending Chamber of Commerce meetings and of course at the office. Being part of the community is very important for Tim.
