History

Established in 2003.

We are a true family owned and operated business. We are a father, 5 sons, and a few friends. We work hard to earn your business. Mark Gifford is the family friend, and he has been working in the gutter business for nearly 40 years. Besides Mark, we have an additional 35 years of experience. We seen it all and done it all. Our gutter company is a division of the larger family business, Turnkey Property Services. We sell and install siding, doors, windows, cabinets, and more. With our expertise and experience, we can work with you to accomplish any job successfully.

I have worked with Mark Gifford, the owner (and namesake) of the company, to expand our business. We joined forces and now have a new large 4000 sq ft warehouse and, in turn, better buying power. For example, many gutter companies purchase materials for the current day’s job. We stock a full line of 20 colors in 5″ and 6″. I have been managing the warehouse and we are able to buy our top quality materials and the best prices available. We pass these savings on the you, and I can assure you we will beat the price of any lisenced, bonded and insured company, while maintaining our high quality standards for materials and installation.
