History

Established in 1984.

First Property Management was formed in 1984 and incorporated under the corporate name of Priority Management, Inc. in 1986. The Cape Cod MA company is a full service property management group, property management is our singular focus. We do not build, develop or sell real estate. We are members of the Community Associations Institute and subscribe to the code of ethics of The Certified Manager of Community Associations.

First Property Management currently manages a variety of properties from Sandwich to Eastham including condominiums, warehouses, offices, apartments, real estate trusts and single family homes for clients both domestic and international.

The properties presently in our portfolio are varied and diverse, the largest being 117 units and the smallest being three units. Our niche in the market is residential condominium management of properties in the Mid Cape area.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrew W.

Business Owner

Mr. Witter formed First Property Management in 1984 with one client which we continue to service today. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Vermont and has lived on Cape Cod since 1977 with his wife Joan who was the 2013 Massachusetts Realtor of the Year and past president of the Cape Cod and Islands Board of Realtors and his two children. Andrew oversees the management of all of the properties in our portfolio including budgeting, reporting, maintenance and long range planning. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute and The Institute of Real Estate Management and was a Founding Member of the National Association of Realtors Property Management Section. Andrew holds several professional designations including The Certified Manager of Community Associations and The Accredited Management Specialist from The Community Associations Institute and The Accredited Residential Manager designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management. Andrew has also been a particip
