I ordered 3 16X20 picture mats and I have no complaints about the quality. They look great and they arrived on time. I did think they were going to be a brighter white though. It was hard to tell online and when they arrived they were actually a little off white. I used them anyway.

I contacted Get Smart Products to see if they’d be interested in making a donation or provide some kind of discount for The Trinity House Jazz-​It-​Up 2012 featuring Gerald Albright & Norman Brown, since they’re a non-​profit. The rep checked with his manager who said no, and then wouldn’t speak with me when I asked to talk to him. I guess I will have to share this experience with FB, Twitter, Unilocal,etc. to get the word out that this company is rude and clearly they place no value on customer service. If they weren’t able to provide a discount, that’s fine, but the simple fact that the manager wouldn’t speak with me is extremely disappointing! All he had to go was take my call. Either way, we planned to move forward with the purchase. They just lost out on a $ 200 sale!
