Spotless & Seamless Exteriors

We had Spotless Seamless Exteriors do an addition and a complete remodel on our house. We are extremely happy with the services provided. Whole project involved adding on a master bedroom, extending out an entry foyer, extending the living room of the house, replacing the siding with Seamless Steel Siding and replacing the roof with new shingles. Vitaly (owner) at Spotless Seamless Exteriors suggested an architectural the design, we went through the design phase made changes until we were happy with the design. When the final drawing of the project was completed we were proposed with a quote and the scope of the work to be completed, the bid and timeline met our expectations and we decided to go through with the project. Spotless Seamless exterior were in charge of the design, permits and building. Vitaly constantly kept us informed on what was going on with the project. We had meetings a couple of times a week with questions or concerns, which made the project go whole lot easier for everyone. During the project i was very pleased on the quality of the materials used (siding, roof shingles, doors, tile…) we are very happy with the work completed.
