History

Established in 1996.

Original firm Affordable Landscaping specialized in low-​cost high visual design/​build outdoor living space & Aqualand created ponds, streams, fountains. Merged two company’s to be one hence Afford Aqua Land –AAL for short. Frank Gabry (owner)re-developed Estate landscaping for modern residences keeping with ‘affordable landscaping’ program & applying small water pond features collecting storing rain water through down spouts gutters, Then applied Estate Style designs, where plantings are closer to property lines than building walls. Estate Style allows for the pond water to help irrigate the landscape thus reducing water costs, & creating natural eco system. All in keeping with less over all chemical & fertilizer & even maintenance costs. Estate Style offers native flowering butterfly gardens w/​positive high visual, in gated communities, neighbors are so impressed that they too embark on Estate Style program instead of the old high maint. foundation program. Management Firm BENSON’S managed over 60 assoc, 3 Golf Coarse & Tennis club. Worked for Foliage Design Mail of America — VP of Broken Records 3 recording studio’s Gas/​oil wells Shopping Centers– Pres of Rosepointe/​Horticultural Service Center a 200 man operation stepped down to start firm just moving large trees which became Affordable landscaping
