This theory started over 43 years ago from a single room in the back of our house south of Oshkosh on HWY 26. In 1976, we moved to our present location and started a full service bakery specializing in cakes. In 1982, we converted the bakery into a restaurant and moved the bakery into the back room. In 1984, the catering line was added. In April of 2002, our Banquet Hall opened.

We now specialize in a full service catering department, a complete line of decorated cakes and a full service restaurant. We have kept the same values of when we started over 43 years ago, delicious homemade food from scratch and friendly prompt service.

My parents started the business in 1972 and I started working for them 30 years ago. I bought the business from them 15 years ago. In total we have made over 1 ½ million specialty cakes, 1000’s of wedding cakes and have catererd oveer 60,000 parties. I live, eat, and breath food & cakes.
