I have to say that I am sooo impressed with this business We brought are dogs in for grooming, and rather than put them in cages till the groomers were ready for them, they let our dogs mingle with other dogs. Our dogs loved that; I think Mimzy and Cersei made some new friends, especially with Knucklehead. :) One particular employee I loved was Dawn. My credit card didnt go through while I was trying buy Fromm dog food right b4 the blizzard, she cared enough about our dogs wellbeing, she paid for the food out of her own pocket trusting that I would pay her back, which I did. Its these kind of people that make me believe that there is so much good in world. Plus their other employees were super helpful. They really care about animals. I give my highest praise to them.

Love this place! Everywhere who works there is so friendly and nice! The groomers are very patient, especially with our dog not liking his toes cut! Great homemade treats and very reasonable prices!

I love this place. I brought my dog here to be groomed because they were close to where I was living at the time. I dropped him off and they were VERY nice, and asked me questions about his personality. I received a call that he was ready, so I drove back to pick him up. When I got there he was happily playing with the other dogs there rather than waiting in a kennel — which I absolutely LOVE. My dog is a happy playful boy and tends to get very anxious when kenneled (unless it is HIS kennel). He was also sporting a new bandana around his neck and smelled and looked amazing. I will recommend this place to EVERYONE I know.

This place certainly lives up to it’s namesake, as they have spoiled my already quite pampered feline rotten every time I have brought him in for a nail trim or short board when I am out of town for work. These folks love animals and it shows in how they operate their business.
Pricing here is admittedly higher than you will find for similar services elsewhere, but it is on par with the level of care and service provided by their friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They also have a nice selection of retail items that are of very high quality. I feed my cat Orijen dry kibble as it is high in protein and grain free. This is about the only place around I have been able to find it. Most big box stores like Petco have never ever heard of it.
If you have a spoiled pet and you don’t mind spending a little more to make sure they are well taken care of, Touch of Class is a great option.

I just recently moved to the area, and needed a place to board two cats for a few days. I called and was able to easily make a reservation, and the staff helped me carry a quite heavy kennel in and out of the facility. I feel like my cats were well cared for, and they even got to have a window spot to watch all the bugs and birds! Planning on coming back if we need boarding for our dogs.
