Meet the Business Owner
John R.
Business Owner
John started in the title industry over 30 years ago and has built the company to where we are today! John started Northwest Land Title in November of 1989. He expanded into Siren with Assured Title, Osceola with Oakey and Oakey Abstract & Title and then again in Superior, WI with Douglas County Abstract & Title, LLC. He acquired Oakey and Oakey in June of 2012 and they have been in business since 1882. John is a searcher for all of the offices and the primary searcher for Assured Title and Northwest Land Title. He travels to the courthouses searching records and documents back to the origin. This can sometimes be a lengthy process. John performs a thorough search to make sure there are no discrepancies in title.
