As a contractor I have shopped all the big box home improvement stores in the area. Home Depot is the store that always comes up short. I have been burned too many times to count a special orders. The worst experience involved me losing $ 3000 for about 6 months until they straightened it all out. The management at this store is such a joke. I even wrote a letter to their corporate office it was so bad.
Sometimes I come in here for something just expecting them to have it since lowes and Menards stock it. But no, it’s not on the shelves here. Special order only. The other day I came in and they only had 1 of 8 items I needed. The other stores had all of them.
In the end I only come here now for one very particular kind of flooring. Nobody else sells that brand and I have to use it sometimes. If I need something else I look elsewhere and I suggest you do too.
