Kapilana Resort

We stayed at Kapilana from a Thursday through Sunday. When we arrived approximately 10pm on Thursday evening, the thermostat was set at 82, we turned it down to 75 and left to go get some dinner and drinks. Once we came back a few hours later, it was at 83!!! We called maintenance and they said they’d be there in the «morning». They didn’t arrive until 11am and A/​C wasn’t fixed until noon or so. It was so hot and the people did not seem to care whatsoever so we had to take a twin mattress outside in order to try and get some sleep. You could tell they don’t clean the pool, there were bugs everywhere in it, the toilet was disgusting, filthy dirty. We would never recommend this place to anyone and definitely never stay there again.
All we have requested was that we were reimburse our first night stay and the owner/​workers will not call us back or refund our money. I mean we had to sleep outside??? Never again!
