J & J Auto Salvage and Recycling

The employees at j and j have no people skills and no concept of other people’s time and money, this is probably because they do not have the resources or general knowledge to manage their own time. They told me they would buy my 2003 Hyundai for $ 200 dollars in our first interaction, then tried to say $ 150 the next time we spoke on the phone. They then told me they would give me $ 200 the following Tuesday at 11. They did not call until late in the afternoon and said they could not get to it until the next day. I called and spoke with them the next morning multiple times and was told they would be there at 4, so I waited in the parking lot, were the car was being held until 4:40, when I called to make sure they were still coming; they assured me that they would be there that night, but I waited until 7 with no call. The next morning they said they would give me cash and they could take it when they had time. By the time I was on my way they had called to tell me that they didn’t want it anymore. All of this was done without a single apology to me for any of the inconvenience that they put me through. Dealing with j and j was a waste of time and I would not recommend them to anyone, they are just not people that you can trust.
