Car was a few minutes late today but still got us to our appointment on time with several minutes to spare. Yesterday they saved us in 12 minutes after a yellow colored taxi company left us stranded for over an hour and a half in the rain when the yellow colored cab was supposed to be there in 15 – 20 minutes. So far, Wimberly(John-very friendly) has great customer service in a town that sometimes lacks customer care. I’ve dealt with the owner personally and his son(a nice young man) and feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

Terrible customer service! When a family member was in a car accident, these people tried to overcharge for the tow. No customer service skills whatsoever!
