My car battery had died on me unexpectedly…
I called my insurance because I have Emergency Roadside service (first time using it with Progressive), and they sent out a tow truck to my house. I had no idea who was coming, but got a text message that time would be within 30 minutes. Stars & Stripes Towing came, he found my house on time and loaded up my car easily.
We then went to 99 Smog on Highway 99 and he unloaded and dropped off my car perfectly. Very nice guy, professional, and I got to meet his sweet dog, who came along for the ride! He gave me his business card, which I still carry in my wallet… If I ever need a tow truck in Butte County, He would be the first person I call. Great customer service and I am glad my insurance sent him out!
