Ed, Ed, Ed what more can we say about an owner who comes over and walks my wife and i through how our system works from the thermostat to the unit. Get tips on how to maintain and tips on how to save money with this 10 yr old system. No sales pitch for new stuff just great knowledge on what we have. Was near us on another job after i called him he made time to get us next. Same day service in Oroville Insane!!! Called a few others who still haven’t called back their loss. My central heating system was working unreliably. After several costly service calls with a Morrow competitor and poor results I decided to replace the unit and obtain four bids. Not only was Morrow the lowest cost he diagnosed the issue with my unit quickly and offered less expensive alternatives. I elected to replace the unit. The work was completed flawlessly and passed inspection without a hitch. Ed Morrow is an honest businessman and an excellent technician. Further he is customer-​oriented. Some of the contractors that do this type of work simply do not care – these folks do. Do yourself a favor and call Morrow first, you will be glad that you did.
