Horrible and ignored my mom’s calls. when they finally answered they told her they have what she’s been looking for once goes there to buy they say not available AT THIS MOMENT. to wait for next day… here we are next day and still igniting my mom and hanging up on her.

About 5 years ago my mom and I went here to look for furniture. They didn’t have anything we liked so we looked at catalogs they had. My mom decided to order a furniture set from them. They said it would be about 2 – 3 weeks. My mom paid for the set in full. 4 weeks later, still no set. My mom went to talk to them because they wouldn’t call her back. The salesman, who was also the manager, hid from her and wouldn’t come out. She asked for her money back but they said no. They pointed out on the bottom of her receipt in tiny writing that it could take up to 12 weeks for the furniture to be available. My mom called the police to report what was going on. The officer arrived and said he had been there several times lately for the same reason. They were keeping people’s money until that 12 weeks then finally the furniture would «show up late». Next thing I know they’re on the news being reported about this. After my mom was there with the police Holbrook’s called her back and miraculously «found» the furniture. We went to pick it up and the salesman/​manager refused to come out of his office again.
I’m not sure how they are with the appliances and servicing they do, but DO NOT order anything from here!
