Business Owner

Starting out as a systems analysis and programmer, Don progressed onto the development, deployment and management of the first PC-​networked systems for Bank of America’s San Francisco and New York Foreign Exchange trading rooms. From there he took on technical product management and marketing positions with FX Development, Fujitsu and Digitivity where he gained extensive experience working with Unix workstation and Web technologies. For several years, Don worked as an independent contractor helping individuals, small businesses and educational institutions get the best value from their investments in Microsoft Windows Small Business Server Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 PCs. From this, Don gained an appreciation of the unique challenges individuals, small businesses and educators face in choosing and managing their computer technology.
