Honestly I don’t normally have someone clean houses before I move out since I prefer to do it myself (well I don’t but I don’t like paying for it) but I took a chance since our rental company requires it. I was really impressed with the job they did — especially on the carpets as there were stains I really didn’t think would come out on the carpet (from our dogs). I’ll admit that the lady who greeted me on the phone was a bit gruff but she set up the appointment and they were there on time. The counters, floors, and windows looked great — I would definitely use them again.

Annette herself has a rather large attitude that’s not really proffessional. The cleaning staff tends to leave lights on, doors unlocked and cleaning rags every time they clean. We had one item on our counter and they failed to move it and instead just whiped around it.
