Business Owner

Kevin Herring is Founder and President of Ascent Management Consulting. He has thirty years of experience solving workplace performance problems, coaching leaders to improve individual and team performance and manage change, innovating work processes for improved efficiencies, and leading unit performance turnarounds.

Kevin has successfully coached more than 100 leaders from board members and executives to mid-​level managers and led dozens of successful turnarounds of executive teams, workgroups, and entire business units through the application of distributed management principles.

Kevin has authored over one hundred articles on leadership, management innovation, and workforce strategy and has been published in CFO, Forbes, HR Executive, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Human Capital, and other journals. He is a keynote speaker at national and international industry association conferences in the U.S. and Canada.
