Simply Roses

The night before my father in law’s funeral, our family was finalizing arrangements and realized none of us had ordered a flower spray for the casket! Being that it was also the evening of New Years Day, we thought we were out of luck. I found Simply Roses on Facebook and sent a message asking for help — not only did they respond but they went to their flower shop that night and put together an absolutely gorgeous spray of flowers for my father in law — and delivered them the next morning. We were so touched by the customer service and seriously, the flowers were perfect and beautiful. I will use Simply Flowers every time I am looking for a flower arrangement for every occasion.

First of all, what a gorgeous shop! Everything is so neat and organized it makes it so easy to find something you didn’t even know you were looking for! Everything is laid out by color and style so you can make the perfect selection of container for your arrangement! And everyone is so helpful– the team of ladies that work there all collaborate together to make sure you get exactly what you were hoping for! Every time I go in I always just choose a «designer’s choice» and am blown away by the style and use of creativity of everyone. I also find everything to be really reasonably priced, with a quality of flower that you just can’t find in a supermarket. You can tell a lot of care goes into the flowers because they last so much longer than I ever expected!

A little disappointed in the arrangement I ordered. I ordered $ 75 worth of fresh cut flowers (not including delivery). The flowers received were pretty but definitely not worth $ 75.

My aunt was seriously ill in the hospital, and I wanted to send her a bouquet of flowers. Since I live in Colorado, and didn’t know of a florist to call, I was pleased to have someone at the hospital refer me to Simply Roses.
The owner, Ashlee, was very kind to me and actually did everything that she promised to do for me, including sending me a photo of the arrangement so I could see what was actually sent. Her attitude and completion of this order iwere very refreshing and rare these days! The bouquet was exquisite and delivered on time. Most imporantly, my aunt was very pleased, and it was a loving way to send some cheer while she was hospitalized. I would definately recommend Simply Roses for excellent service and beautiful flowers.

I would never order from this florist nor recommend them. The night before the flowers were going to be delivered I received a call from my friend who told me he was sending me flowers for Valentine’s Day. I told him I was going to be out of town and he said he would try to call in the morning and ask the florist to hold them for when I returned. But when he called the next morning, he was told they were already out for delivery. With this being the case, I left a large note on my front door stating we would be out of town for two days and to NOT leave any flowers by the door. Instead, we returned from out of town to find dead flowers by the front door, left in the hot sun. I cannot believe their complete disregard of our note and intentionally leaving them when we specifically asked not to. I guess once they get your money they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Great local FTD florist. Met the owner last week and she challenged me to give her a shot instead of using 1−800-FLOWERS. I did and I am not disappointed. The staff at Simply Roses is very helpful and pleasant and the arrangements were beautiful! Let’s just say I know three administrative assistants who are very happy today. Not only that, but I am helping a local business. Thank you Trish!

This is what it’s all about! Amazing service, attentive, beautiful arrangements, and small business relationship. Trish at simply roses is simply the best florist in Ormond! She can do anything you need, big or small, extravagant or sincerely simple.

A group of amazing women are who you deal with here… they do beautiful work! I highly recommend!
