I love Peach Valley East and have been going there for years. Peach Valley(on the beachside) has consistent products and service. I’ve given Peach Valley West multiple chances hoping that they were just adjusting. Every time I’ve been to Peach Valley West, something has been wrong. I’ve even sent food back because it was absolutely inedible(reused grease was most likely the culprit as to why my omelet was neon orange). The service is good, but the food definitely needs improvement. I hope that they are able to fix their errors and become on par with the beachside location.

What a pleasant experience we had at the restaurant. It was so clean and the wait staff all worked together so efficiently. Denise was our server, and she was professional and attentive. Being a recovering foodie, taste is held in high regard. Talk about delivering… They make the biscuits and gravy better than I do. Guess I better bump up my game. My husband got the Cajun eggs Benedict that was remarkable. I have no clue where ANY poor marks came from. I think the prices were incredibly fair.!!

Reliable brunch place, with absolutely killer apple fritters. With the strawberry yogurt, it’s an unconventional combination that works perfectly. This is a craveable, unique, signature dish that distinguishes Peach Valley West from just any other brunch place. The service was also stellar, very friendly, personal, and accommodating. Otherwise, it felt very cookie-cutter, corporate, and a bit dated. The décor leaves something to be desired. The menu is extensive, but when you start to look at it, there are notable gaps. There is a distinct lack of vegetarian or fish options, and since my husband and I are pescatarian, this left us in a bit of a bind. I ordered the«two eggs any style,» with poached eggs, breakfast potatoes and drop biscuits… The eggs out medium-hard, the potatoes were cold and undercooked, and the biscuits were dry and dense rather than flaky and buttery. I would have been so disappointed… if it weren’t for those apple fritters! Next time I’ll make a meal of just those, just grab ‘em and go!

Not the usual experience, My husband surprised me for my birthday with family and friends. The experience was HORRIBLE!!! My husband ordered the same thing he always orders and had to send it back three times. The manager came to the table and snatched the food and said it doesnt have to pay. However, my husband wanted the sandwich. We had to request the manager to come back a 2nd time as he didnt event try to accomodate the first time. At this point the sandwich was actually made correctly.

Super delicious food, friendly waitstaff, and nice atmosphere. I had the cannoli stuffed french toast which was amazing. My boyfriend had the monte cristo sandwich and fell in love with it. It was sweet and savory and he was enjoying the heck out of it. He also had a biscuit for his side and in his own words it was«homemade deliciousness».

This is a favorite spot to grab breakfast when we are visiting Grandma in Ormond Beach. We typically start by sharing an order of the apple fritters. The fritters come hot and delicious in a brown paper bag that has cinnamon and sugar that is all shaken up table side by your server. Comes with some very strawberry — y yogurt for dipping. All in all simply delicious. On this visit I ordered the Peach Valley Picker’s skillet with a biscuit — Crispy breakfast potatoes mixed with ham, cheddar cheese, red and green peppers, onions and mushrooms topped with two fresh eggs any style and finished with homemade sausage gravy. A delicious if not rich way to start your day. A really reasonable size portion. Because the gravy makes it super rich I was glad the size was paired down to accommodate it. I asked for my eggs over easy but they were a bit over. While given a choice of bread, I chose the biscuit. Great choice! Really nice biscuit perfectly baked and warm. Would have like if they had put some butter on the plate for it though. Service here always friendly! Must be a great place to work because everyone is always smiling.

Sweet and cozy beachside café. Great for breakfast and lunch. Weekend mornings especially Sunday can be very busy. The waitstaff is very courteous and friendly.

We arrived to a 20 minute wait which is completely expected on a Sunday morning, but we were able to grab 4 seats at the counter… score! Lauren was our waitress and she was very attentive and sweet as could be. Food took a bit longer than normal to be served, but again this was expected considering the Sunday brunch rush. The kids were given a little plastic bag with fun items including Wikki Stix, which we had never seen before and the kids loved. A nice touch and it definitely kept them entertained while we waited for the food. Food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I had the Peach Valley skillet and it was so yummy! The biscuit tasted home-made which I really enjoyed as it’s rare to find even decent biscuits these days. We eat out for breakfast family often and both commented that this was one of the best we’ve had in a while. Bathroom was clean and obviously maintained regularly… much appreciated! Overall, a great experience from start to finish and we left with very happy tummies!

I love the new additional location, it’s central. The menu is the same as the beachside one, food and service are wonderful. It’s such a nice place, just casual but feels homey.

My wife and I love peach valley east(by the beach) for late breakfast. I had a chance to swing by this location to see what it was like. First off the location can be tricky to get into off of 40. When you walk in the first thing you notice is it is dark(compared to east side). This used to be a San Francisco oven. For breakfast I want bright not dinner ambiance. The service was wonderful. Sami was very attentive but not intrusive. The food was good but a bit watery for an egg white omelette. It is hard to mess up breakfast. The presentation was nice with fruit. Overall I think my wife will want to stay at the beach location but this is a 2nd option when in this side of Granada(40). There is out door seating and you can have your dog out there with you.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, fairly busy, but service was still very slow for any restaurant. My better half ordered breakfast, can’t screw that up. I ordered the blackened fish reuben. Saddest sandwich I’d ever seen, fish was mushy, not seasoned very much at all. One of the kids got the blackened fish tacos, same result with the fish. Not satisfying at all, also never got a refill on my water. Saw the waitress when she took our order and when she brought the bill.

Eh, slow service and basic food. They were not even busy but it took long to get served. Disappointing and over priced food, it is not the same level as the original Peach Valley. Save your time and money and go to Cracker Barrel.

Had the first visit to the new Peach Valley West. Had a fantastic breakfast with superior service. Everyone from the waitstaff to the management are fantastic. What a clean, beautiful place for a quiet, private breakfast. Even has a great outside patio. The apple fritters were amazing. Will go back as soon as I can.

Nice experience for breakfast. Food was delicious and cooked exactly to order(even for us picky egg-eating folks). Equal to my experience at the beachside location and Lake Mary location. A bit pricy for what you get, but reliably good.

We went to the new location and was entirely disappointed. The food was lame(how hard is it to be make a good salad?). The service was very bad, horrible all the way around. Will not going there again.

I was in the area and decided to try the new location. It had good customer service but terrible food. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Unfortunately for me the chicken was so burnt it was inedible. They offered to make a new one or have me order another item, but I politely declined. I am one of those people who doesn’t like to complain in person, I just will not be returning.
